BOARD MEETINGS – First Wednesday of the month as needed.
GENERAL MEETINGS – Christmas and Installation Luncheons.
MEMBERSHIP DUES – $65 per year. The fiscal year starts July 1st. Dues must be paid on or before July 1st each year. A new member joining the last three months (April, May & June) will pay $20. Dues for social members (playing in scrambles only) will be $25.
STARTING TIME – Signups for the next week’s play are required each week. Start time is at 8:00 AM. Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time. Starting holes will be assigned to each foursome.
HANDICAPS – New members must establish a handicap by playing five games with the Wednesday club or any other Mission Bay Golf Club member. Until a handicap is established, a member is not eligible for sweeps. However, she may participate in Closest to the Pin, Putts, and Hole-In-One before establishing a handicap. Guests may play 3 times before joining, eligible only for lowest Putts and Closest to the Pin.
RINGER (OPTIONAL) – $12.00 for the year or $3.00 each quarter.
HOLE-IN-ONE (OPTIONAL) – $5.00. All money collected will be paid to the member who has the hole-in-one. If two are accomplished on the same day, the money will be split evenly.
SCORE CARDS – Enter last names alphabetically. Three cards for each group (Sweeps, Ringer, and Handicap). All players sign and date cards to attest to the scores. Do not put putts on the Ringer card. See Filling Out The Score Card for more information.
SPECIAL TOURNAMENTS
PRESIDENT’S CUP – October 8 and 15, 2025. Best two out of three games. Low net is winner. Not necessary to play all three games.
VALENTINE ECLECTIC – Feb 11 and 18, 2026. Best score for each hole. Not necessary to play both weeks.
CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP – May 13, 20, and 27, 2026. Overall low gross for all three weeks is the winner.
ACE OF ACES – June 17, 2026. The 12 winners of Ace of the Month will compete in Aces Tournament on third Wednesday in June.

- Please arrive 45 minutes before our tee time of 8 a.m.
- Sign up at the MBWGC table to play the following week. If you cannot play that week, email the Sweeps Chair to let her know when you can play.
