Club Championship Results: Gretchen Vedder with a score of 207 is this year’s Club Champion. Not only did she
become the champ, but she did it on her birthday ! Well done, Gretchen! And happy birthday to your
Mom!

A buzz in the air: The new owners, Harland Brewery, have opened and are ready to serve us. We sampled
some of their fare, and found it quite tasty. We will have our June luncheon there. More about that later.
Board Vacancies: There are a couple of rather important vacancies on the Board — Rules and Tournament to
name just two. LeeAnn sent an e – mail to all describing the needs.
June Scramble, Luncheon, and Installation of Board Officers: June 24 is the date of the year end scramble
and installation of the new Board. Get your team ready. Luncheon will be held in the new club house and
food prepared by Harland Brewery. The cost is $17 (adult beverages are extra). Luncheon sign – up is available
to take your lunch preference on Wednesday play dates.
Ace of Aces & Putting Queen will be held on June 17: Those who qualified for Ace of Aces during the regular
season, are eligible to play for the ultimate Ace of Aces (gross and net). The Putting Queen will be decided
that day, as well.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Our anonymous benefactor /s for the new club shirts. Thank you. The fabric is so
soft and the color flatters nearly everyone. May the golf gods bless you with pars and birdies!
